Infopark Cherthala, one of the three spokes of Infopark Kochi, has evoked overwhelming response from the information technology industry in the State.
The first IT building in the park with a built-up space of 2.50 lakh sq.ft has been completed. Already, three companies have acquired 7,000 sq.ft of space in it. According to sources, another IT company of international repute has inspected the park and expressed full satisfaction with the facilities available.
The building, which has come up on nine acres of SEZ-notified land, offers both warm shell and plug-and-play facilities depending on the needs of companies. The first building, when fully occupied, is expected to create at least 2,000 jobs.
