This year “Kalpatha†is centred on the theme “Business Innovation: The New Age Survival mantraâ€. Like the previous editions of Kalpatha, this year too we have a strong delegate base from various organizations and institutes across the country. Creativity and innovation have become the magic mantra for survival in today’s business. Innovation will open doors for new businesses. Incorporating new ideas has proved to be a solution where conventional wisdom fails. Innovation includes passing on valid information and extending continuous services to the customer. New ways of scientific creativity has called for innovative strategies to be adopted which in turn will ensure high quality product development and immediate pay back gratification. So innovation has become a synonym for success, growth, service, wellness, sustainability and reliability.
Innovation helps to effectively manage the relationships between the customers and suppliers, thereby improving the profit prospects of the organization. This initiates a chain reaction of advantages to all the parties in the intricate web of business and facilitates a sustainable growth that aids in meeting one of the most important factors of modern business which is customer satisfaction.
