>>Shelter, an animation film produced by Vyga Animations, has bagged sixth Vatavaran Awards. Â The film, scripted and directed by Raghu Gopal, is about the effect of man’s greed on nature. The film bagged award for best animation film and technical excellence in editing. The story is about a man who takes shelter in a tree during a thunderstorm and then colonizes the tree for more comfort.
Raghu Gopal, an expert in the animation field for about twelve years, currently works as creative director with Vyga animations. Shelter was screened at fourth International Documentary short film festival of Kerala and got much appreciation. Shelter is the directorial debut of Raghu.
The sixth CMS Vatavaran enoviourament and wild life film festival and forum was held in Delhi in December 6 to 10. Around 300 films from 27 countries screened at the Vatavaran festival.
