Dr. KC. Chandrasekharan Nair Selected as NIPM Chairman

>>The biennial Election of the NIPM (National Institute of Personnel Management ) Trivandrum Chapter for the year 2012-14 has concluded.   Dr. KC. Chandrasekharan Nair, CFO Technopark and Secretary and Registrar, Technopark TBI is the new Chairman of the Chapter.

“I am obliged for nominating me as the chairman, we would try to add more new members to this chapter and would conduct more training related sessions for enabling our members to be well acknowledged on various aspects related to personnel management”  said  Dr. KC. Chandrasekharan Nair, CFO , Technopark TBI.

Mr.A.S. Manoj, Asst Professor, Lourde Matha College, Kuttichal is the Hon Secretary and  Mr. D. Padmanabhan Nair, Former HR Head, Travancore Titatnium Products is the Hon. Treasurer.

NIPM is the all India body of professional managers engaged in the profession of personnel management, industrial relations, labour welfare, training and HRD in the country. It is also a member of the International Industrial Relations Association, Geneva (IIRA) and the Asian Pacific Federation for Personnel Management (APFPM), which in turn is affiliated to the World Federation of Personnel Management Association (WFPMA).
