IT Minister P K Kunhalikutty to Inaugurate new Building at Infopark Kochi

December 06, 2012: Minister for Industries & IT, Shri. P. K. Kunhalikutty will inaugurate the new building in Infopark Kochi on Friday, December 7, 2012 at 5pm. The 10 storied new building of 2.75 lakh sq.ft space is the fourth building of Leela Infopark in the campus. On completion, it is expected to generate over 2000 job opportunities.

Leela Infoparks, set up by the Leela Group as a co-developer with Infoparks, Kerala had taken up 6.35 acres of land and had built three buildings (1.25 lakh, 3.3 lakh sq.ft and 1.6 lakh sq.ft each). With the new building, Leela Infopark wil now have total built up area of 8.7 lakh sq. ft. in the Infopark campus and house about 50 IT companies in these spaces.

“Leela Infopark has been with Infopark Kochi from its very inception as a co-developer and it has been always on the roads of growth and the latest building is also the testimony of its commitment, growth, IT infrastructure facility and Infopark Kochi. Leela Infopark has fully occupied its 6.35 acres of land in the IT Park generating a huge number of job opportunities,” said Infopark CEO, Gigo Joseph.

Shri. Benny Behanan, MLA, Shri. P. H. Kurien, Principal Secretary, Information Technology, Govt. of Kerala, Shri. P. I Mohammad Ali, Chairman, Thrikkakara, Municipality, Shri, Gigo Joseph, CEO, Infopark and Shri. Venu Krishnan, Deputy Managing Director, Leela Group of Companies will also grace the inaugural function.
