One Billion Rising @ Shanghumukham

TechnoparkToday>>Girls, come to Sanghumukham at 6 pm on Thursday and be a part of the One Billion Rising, the global event by women to end violence against women. Inspired by Eve Ensler, lead campaigner, one billion women in 197 countries are expected to gather at various parts of the world to strike, dance and to rise against violence. Women from various sections of the society will gather and dance together at Shanghumukham beach on Thursday.  Artists such as Parvathy Baul, singer Puspavathy, band Vidwan will perfrom.

Technopark’s cultural club Natana will present OBR dance at the venue.
