yet another incident from technopark restaurants. the latest one is the plastic cap oinion vada from spice malabar restaurant in tejaswini food court. here is the description from victims:
Date – 10 Aug, 09
Spice Malabar, Food court Thejaswini.
We bought a plate of onion vada, and was surprised to find a big plastic cap fried with the onion. When asked the hotel representative, has was very casual enough to say ” athu kayathinde adapu anuuu” . The guy was not even ready to apologize.
technopark administrators has been blind with respect to the quality of food served inside the campus. This incident may also be a small fish in the sea, but still wish to share this
y the authorities are not doing anything to ensure the quality of food? if they are bold enough to take strict action against anyone of those restaurants, and don’t allow them to comeback in another name, it will be a warning to these people..(or is there some usual bribing kind of stuff running behind this also?)
We are paying more than the market price, yet we are not provided with quality food. They can easily find alternative restaurants, who can start up a business in technopark. Its a real shame that the authorities are going behind money on our cost.
Too shame. this is 100th time such incidents happening.
If Techpark wnted to stop this they could have done this years back. Why else do places like Rangoli in Nila Atrium still exist? This is the second incident this year starting with Mother;s kithcn. Anyone know of any other incidents?
do you think technopark can do anything in this issue?
Guys…
Cool. View this from another angle.
This is another form of innovation!
You guys innovate by writing code with bugs in it,and the poor chap at the kitchen tried to innovate by adding a Kayam Cap to the Ulli Vada thing and all are trying to criticise him!
If the vendor Spice Malabar have an e-mail address, Please send a mail appreciating the chef for attempting to innovate….
and mark a CC to the Technopark Admins!
Thats a nice idea. do you know the web address of spice malabar?
Guys especially with the onset of viruses like H1N1, be sure where you eat from!!! TP eateries are anything but clean, but for a few~!
H1N1 is a real threat to technopark. i wonder why nobody is discussing about it,dear technoparktoday, please publish an article about the H1N1 threat and precautions we need to take.
They are showing it again. This restaurent is the worst one in Technopark.I have many such experience with them. Please don go there and have food from there

Hi All,
The issue has been brought to our notice and we will ensure that no such things happens.
We are trying to enforce strict rules for the same.
The truth is that the existing vendors are not ready to comply to the norms fully and they dont mind exiting from Technopark.
Anyway, discussion are going on.We will update you ASAP.
Till that time, all can have food from other foodcourts or hotels outside from TP.
