TechnoparkToday.com>> The 48-hour shut down called by various trade unions on February 20 and 21st is unlikely to cripple the operations of Technopark Trivandrum, one of the largest IT parks in the country and Infopark Kochi, one of the emerging IT park in kerala. Â As usual, the IT park authorities have taken necessary measures to ensure the uninterrupted functioning of the IT/ITES companies in the IT parks. Special convoys were arranged to fetch employees from various parts of the city in the morning and evening. The convoys will be provided adequate police protection in ward of untoward incidents.
IT park authorities and IT company managements were already given the instructions and convoy and other commutation details to the employees for the safe journey during these two days of strike.
This time, convoy services were also arranged for night shift employees too. Employees working in Technopark & Infopark can board any vehicle in convoy after showing their identity card. Most of the companies have arranged food and accommodation for employees working in odd hour shifts. Authorities advised the restaurants in the campus to open and serve food as usual.
Employees are requested to assemble at the specified locations before the stipulated time.
