Develop applications, build enhancements and fix issues in applications. • Prepare and conduct code reviews. • Provide work estimates for given tasks, assignments. • Code-documentation / implementation documentation creation

Experience/Qualifications: BE/BTech/MTech/MCA with 2-3, years experience with Java/J2EE technology (Java 1.5, JSP, Servlet, Struts 1.2, Spring 2.0, Hibernate 3.0, XML, AJAX, JBoss 4.0.5, MySql 5.0, Eclipse IDE, SVN. Ant) 3yrs of minimum experience in web development and should be having leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills. Able to learn and adapt new technologies.
