TechnoparkToday.com>> April 6, 2014: Techies will get a holiday on poll day for casting their votes. Government already had declared a public holiday on April 10 for all public offices, and an order issued to private establishments to grand paid leave for their employees on the poll day.
This order will be under Section 135 B of Representation of the People Act, 1951. If any employer contravenes this provision of Representation of the People Act, he shall be punished with fine.
Hearing the news, techies from other states are wondering whether they get a holiday on poll days of their native places. “Nearly 20% of the technopark employees were from other states so companies must also grand permission for other state employees to cast their votes on respective poll days” said Rohan, who is from Andrapredesh.
As per the recent survey conduction by TechnoparkToday.com, 90% of the techies will cast their votes in this election.
Great great…techies must cast their votes. Companies dont give paid leave for employees who utilize this holiday for trips and outings. check their finger for the ink mark and ensure their voiting.

Most of the company top management given strict instructions to the fellow manager’s that If any employee wanted to cast their vote, they should allow them to do so, and make necessary arrangement and backup plans for that. so this is very serious this time.
