Sportz4You T-League Cric8 Challenge completes with RevenueMed crowned Champions

TechnoparkToday.com>> June 3, 2014: The first event of T-League, the Cric8 Challenge concluded last Friday with RevenueMed A beating RR Donnelly by 22 runs in a tense final at the Sportz4You arena in Technopark Club. Featuring 18 teams including the likes of Infosys, UST, Allianz, SunTec and others, competition progressed in a group stage plus knockout format.

The tournament spanned 12 days with matches held on weekdays after office hours. There was a women’s Cric8 tournament held on the last day as well with SunTec prevailing over Infosys in the finals. Cric8 is Sportz4You’s take on the gentleman’s game, miniaturizing the field of play while maximizing the intensity and speed with which the game is experienced. The best batsman of the tourney award went to Vishakh while the best bowler and man of the series awards were grabbed by Jithin, both players from RevenueMed.

The T-League, organized by Sportz4You, in association with GTech, is Technopark’s first corporate multisport extravaganza that guarantees its members a wide array of inter-corporate sporting activity featuring sports with traditional aspects and innovative variations, rules with exciting possibilities and unexpected consequences, all experienced in an ambiance that is new and vastly entertaining.
