TechnoparkToday.com>> June 11, 2014: Ravi is an introvert, who talks less, has got no friends at all. He speaks seldom to his mother, and sister at home. He is a loner indeed. At Office, he just answers to the questions and queries of clients; nothing more, nothing less. At this age of 35, this chronic bachelor never cares about his colleagues; and colleagues never bother to talk to him.
It is at this point of time, a young widow lady, Razia of 33 years joined at Ravi’s office, on die-in-harness. Razia’s husband died while in service and that’s how she got the job. Razia was sitting aside of Ravi in Office and slowly, they started talking and became friends. Razia has an 8-year-old daughter and they were staying at her in-laws’ place. As it was a love marriage, Razia’s family left her forever.
Incidentally, their relationship started becoming personal. They started moving together. The news spread to Razia’s in- laws and family problems and objections started. But Razia and Ravi became closer. They decided to get married. The in-laws of Razia took the matter to their relatives. The youngster guys of the family of Razia’s husband warn Ravi and Razia time and again against their relationship. They started humiliating Ravi and Razia at Office and Public places. Ravi plans to marry Razia very secretly. But the plans became in vain and Ravi became upset and lost control on his temper.
Ravi and Razia plan to get rid of their opponents and thereby the situation. Consequently, against their will and pleasure, during the fight, it so happened that one of the youngsters was killed. The Police, law and order were involved and Ravi and Razia were behind the bars. In short, the life of Ravi and Razia ceased at that point. The entire workers/Office of Ravi and Razia was blamed by the people in and around. So many stories about the office/ officers also flashed in news and channels.
1. If you set up resistance to your mind to the flow of life through you, this emotional congestion will snarl up your subconscious mind and create negative conditions. God/Life/Nature has nothing to do with the unhappy or chaotic conditions in the world. All these conditions are brought about by the negative and destructive thinking of people. Therefore, it is a serious mistake to blame God/Life/Nature for your trouble or sickness.
2. God or Life, is no respecter of persons. Life or God , seems to favour you once you begin to align yourself with the principles of harmony, health, joy and peace.
3. God or Life never sends disease, sickness, accident or suffering. We bring these things on ourselves by our own negative destructive thinking, based up on the principle, ‘As you sow, so shall we reap.’
4. What happens to you is beyond your limit; but how you deal with them is very much within your limits!
5. Life or God holds no grudge against you. Life never condemns you. Life heals a cut in your hand. Life forgives you if you burn your finger.
6. God or Life, never punishes. People punish themselves by their false concepts of God, life and universe. Their thoughts may be creative, sometimes they create their own misery.
7. To forgive is to give something for. Give peace, love, joy, wisdom and all blessings of life to the other, until there is no sting left in your mind. This is the acid test for forgiveness.
8. Love is the answer to getting along with others. Love is understanding, goodwill, and a respect for the divinity of the other.
9. Introverts hardly come out of their shell. They are usually loners who believe that what they do is right. Communicating with family members and friends are very important and that reflects and influences in ones personality positively. Here in the case of Ravi, when he involved in affairs with Razia, against the will of Razia’s in- laws, there was nobody to advise or redirect Ravi from his deals and does. It caused an emotional in- balance. At that point of stress, there was nobody to destress Ravi.
10. To be an ideal and healthy citizen of India, one should have emotional balance, intellectual stability and physical fitness to understand what is right and wrong legally and take the right decisions to be successful in life.
11. When people become sociable, friendly and have faith in God, they become God-fearing. All these factors help people to keep the emotional balance so that they become law -fearing and law -obeying citizens.
12. Keeping better interpersonal relations is one of the ways to refrain from such inhuman acts. Daring to admit their own simple mistakes and ready to correct one’s own mistake is the first step to improve the interpersonal relations. That is why it is said that when somebody criticizes, take it as an opportunity to evaluate. If the critic is right, correct yourself. If the critic is wrong, just forget what he said.
13. The values and ethics are coming down in the society. In this era of nucleus families, people are very selfish and not sociable at all. They think about themselves only. It is no good.

“when somebody criticizes, take it as an opportunity to evaluate. If the critic is right, correct yourself. If the critic is wrong, just forget what he said.” – But if the criticism is to make fun of you and humiliate you in front of others, avoid the person as far as possible, he/she is not your friend!
Never mix the professional life with family life. Leave everything behind in office, when you step out of office. and same for the family matters and personal affairs. if you can see the clear line of separation – you can successful. less conflicts less burdens – everything would be smooth and easy.
