“Egg freezing” a costly practice, used in case of medical reasons which makes pregnancy a risky one is flaunted as an option now!!. Eggs will be stored in liquefied nitrogen, later to be retrieved and used for pregnancy.
Many female employees are finding, IT a bad job option as many finds it difficult to balance work and life. For mothers, it is really had to feed their offspring’s with their own milk as they work away from home.
IT companies who often, talk about their employee rights – innocently turn as violators as they deny enough maternity leaves and Baby care options. There are laws, which mandate companies to provide baby care options, but very few render an ear. As a result, there are cases where people make a “choice” of no-child life. The emotional and social problems of such “choices” are multifold.
Human right violations or suggestive for the same need to be viewed, very seriously. Companies are interfering the nation’s progress as the children are assets of any nation, Bringing up a healthy next generation should be given the first priority to profits or career. “Job as the sole first choice” should be altered by interventions like laws which mandate 6 months maternity leave and more work –from – home/ half-work-half pay options for working mothers up to 3 years of child birth
Governments should take steps so that “egg freezing” kind of suggestive interventions are not made by companies, in the life of employees.

There are many IT companies in technopark which expel their lady employees when they get to know that they are carrying. We don’t want such companies in technopark. We need to have a campaign against them.
I don’t think there are any companies like that in technopark. if you look, you can see many pregnant ladies working there. it may be the choice of the ladies to not go to work during their pregnancy.
I can give you the names of at least 2 companies who work that way – 1 is in Nila and the other is in Leela Building.
yeah, please reveal the names, if so, it is the high time to change the policies of such companies. All companies at-least functioning in technopark should follow the rules and employment laws exist in our country.
The companies must be Suntec and Flytxt. I heard about them from reliable sources.
