Ayudh’s Amrita Meditation @ Technopark

Technoparktoday.com>> A one-day corporate training program on ‘Integrated Meditation (IAM) Technique’ will be conducted on July 18, 2015 at Club House, Technopark.  The registrations are free and open for all Techies.

‘IAM‘ is a well proven blend of meditation and yoga that empowers the mind, allowing the practitioner to discover their true potential. Through regular meditation practice, one can experience improved concentration, mental peace, overall vitality as well as physical and emotional well being.

As an initiative to extend this training for the employees, Amrita Yuva Dharma Dhara(Ayudh) at Technopark is organizing this event which includes a question-answer session as well.
