BLODCON 2015 – National Blood Donor Organizations’ Conference in Technopark

TechnoparkToday.com>> The 2^nd National Workshop and Blood Donor Organizations conference is being held in Technopark, Trivandrum on 3^rd & 4^th October 2015. All Kerala Blood Donors Society(KEBS) and TEJUS will jointly host the conference here.

The need to build a vibrant and active social movement for promoting voluntary blood donation activities in the country has given rise to the formation of FIBDO- Federation of Indian Blood Donors Organization in Kolkata.

The inaugural function of BLODCON – 2015 will start at 10AM on October 3^rd, 2015 at Travancore Hall, Park Centre by Justice(Rtd) P Sathasivam(Hon. Governor of Kerala).

M A Vaheed (MLA, Kazhakootam); Lida Jacob IAS (Rtd), Chairperson, KEBS;  Jeevandas Narayan (MD, SBT); Vasanth Varada (Business Development Manager, Technopark); Dr. Asha Kishore (Director, SCTIMST); and Biswaroop Biswas (Gen. Secretary, FIBDO) will be  present for the inaugural function.

There will be 100 delegates representing blood donor organizations from India, 20 from abroad and 30 from the state.
