eWIT conducts informative session on ‘Say No To Harassment’

Technoparktoday.com>> eWIT(Empowering Women in IT) organizes a session on ‘Say No to Harassment) on 6th April 2016 from 4.30pm to 6pm at Travancore Hall, Park Centre, Technopark.

‘POSH(Prevention of Sexual Harassment) at Work’ session will be felicitated by Nirmala Menon (D&I Expert). The meeting intends to share the compliance and legal requirements under [prohibition, prevention, redressal of] Sexual harassment against Women at Workplace Act and Rules 2013.

In addition to this, responsibilities of the Employer – how it impacts, empowers & supports diversity, inclusiveness and People Manager’s & HR’s role in creating a zero-harassment environment will be covered in the session

About the Felicitator :

Nirmala Menon – Founder and CEO of Interweave Consulting, is a HR professional with global experience of over 30 years across multiple industries. She is listed as a Subject Matter Expert(SME) by SHRM India and is an active member of NASSCOM’s D&I Steering Committee.
