Prathidhwani submitted suggestions to improve facilities in Technopark Phase III

TechnoparkToday.com>>  The facilities for the employees in our Technopark Phase III campus is comparatively less even though there is a large share of more than five thousand employees currently working in Phase III.  Some of the major concerns faced by the Phase III employees are highlighted below along with some suggestions to improve the same.

Prathidhwani, the Socio-Cultural Organisation of IT Employees – requested below suggestions and take appropriate action on the same.

Technopark Phase 3 campus does not have any proper facilities for waste management. Food waste from the campus is being taken to a Pig farm nearby, while other wastes are dumped near phase 3 itself. Our request is to build a waste management plant exclusively for Phase 3 similar to Phase1 campus.

Even though there are now employees being added to the Phase 3 campus, the recreation facilities available for them are few in number. As the numbers are growing it would be ideal that the Park center should initiate Shuttle Badminton, Volley Ball, Basket Ball courts and Club with Gym facilities in Phase 3 as in Phase I.

There are only 4 vendors currently operational at phase III food court, moreover these vendors don’t function after 7pm. Since there are employees working past 7pm, we request you to invite some more vendors and also extend food court timing till 11pm.There has also been many complaints from employees regarding the food quality so we also request to have regular food inspections.

Parking facilities within phase 3 is very limited. This can be a serious hurdle when new companies will start functioning at the phase 3 campus. The available Parking space in front of Ganga is known as the bus bay of phase III. Prathidhwani’s request is to clean the remaining space and make it available for parking.

Even though the phase 3 campus is in Special Economic Zone, the campus does not have a proper compound wall. The new entrance towards substation doesn’t even haveproper security arrangements,

We request you recommend to KSRTC for picking employees from Phase 3 campus for weekend travel

        Danger driving from a very minor percentage of employees is a concern for employees here. Proper speed breakers would solve the issue.

A pre-school would be great for employees working here.

Technopark CEO Sri Hrishikesh Sir responded positively and  he assigned park centre departments to look on these suggestions.
