Experion Technologies, an IT company, has unveiled plans to invest INR 50 crore over the next 12 months to expand its international operations and enhance its presence in Japan, the Nordic region, as well as its existing markets, including the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Europe. As part of this expansion initiative, the company aims to increase its onsite recruitment efforts.
In an official statement, Experion Technologies stated, “The company has set aside INR 50 crore for global expansion in the next 12 months. We aim to bolster our local presence by hiring technical experts, senior sales professionals, and domain specialists in these markets.”
Experion Technologies is scheduled to launch operations in Japan starting June. The company intends to bring its advanced technological capabilities, expertise in product engineering processes, and knowledge acquired from other markets such as the US, UK, and Australia to the Asian nation.
Furthermore, the company plans to invest in capacity building for engineering verticals, specifically automotive and embedded systems, according to the statement.
Experion Technologies has already commenced hiring local engineers for its offices in the US and ANZ (Australia and New Zealand). It has also allocated funds to strengthen its delivery capabilities in India.
“The company plans to recruit an additional 1,500 IT professionals, effectively doubling its current workforce to 3,000 by 2025-26. Approximately 600 of these new hires will be freshers, who will undergo a rigorous selection process, training, and deployment in Kerala, the company’s headquarters,” the statement added.
