Soorya Krishnamoorthy selected for Prem Nazir foundation Award!

Soorya Krishnamoorthy selected for Prem Nazir foundation’s 2009 award. The award including Rs.1,00,000/- and a statue designed by Artist. B.D.Dathan.
Soorya Krishnamoorthy is the founder-director of the SOORYA Stage and Film Society. The Society, based in Trivandrum, India promotes Indian arts and culture and is now renowned for organizing the Soorya Festival – the longest and one of the most prestigious cultural events in India – conducted annually and now lasting for more than a hundred days in which the finest and most accomplished artists in Indian classical dances and music participate. He also conducted many light and sound shows in Technopark as part of various celebrations.
