Job Description: Seeking talented, logically sound ActionScript programmer

• Strong knowledge in ActionScript 3.0 required
• Knowledge of Adobe Flex experience is a plus
• Understanding of OOP, web optimization practices and examples to prove it
• Experience with IDE (Eclipse or FlashDevelop) tools required
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
• Ability to stay focused and deliver on time and on budget
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills: • 2/3 years experience in an agency environment (although exceptional work can make up for lack of agency experience)
