The complaints can be given for over charging(especially on prepaid autos), using abusive words, or not coming for a ride etc. What you have to do is note down the number of the auto rickshaw. The complaint through phone will be registered and the auto rickshaw waala will be warned. If more than one complaint against the same auto rickshaw is registered the autorickshaw will be taken into custody.

You will be called for identifying the person. Again the police department guarantees there won’t be any harm to you.So jaago readers jaago. Unless otherwise you raise your voice you cannot expect for a better living place. And also donot misuse this as there a lot of auto ricksaw waalas who are very honest and sincere. After all we all do agree this group of people has indeed helped us in many difficult situations.
