• Good knowledge in Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, AJAX.
• Strong  logical, analytical  skills
• Good Communication skills are very important as we are on client calls extensively.
• Knowledge in MySQL/Oracle/MSSQL
• Sounds knowledge of DB concepts,OOPS concepts
• Knowledge of XML and Web Services would be an advantage
• Experience in designing and Web Applications will be an added advantage.
