‘Need For Speed Breakers’ Signature Campaign -Technopark!

“Techonpark as you know is one of the hot and favorite destination for Kerala’s income blooming with increasing business, floating population, rising commercial complexes and healthy packages. With all these we the Techies are pretty comfortable with our life style. But not to forget, we are not doing well at our basic human values, care for others etc.,at this busy part of the world.

One such carelessness by few of the techies can be found on almost everywhere in the campus, especially the stretch in front of Thejeswini building where most of the time we encounter speeding vehicles causing close to a major accident scene.  This area is a very accident prone, since the major food courts are there in Tejaswini and Bhavani buildings. pedestrians are usually crossing this road almost all the time,  especially during the lunch time and evening tea break time. Zebra crossing lines are there, but they won’t help it seems.

Many people  have faced with minor accidents at this spot, but the worst case is that the speeding vehicles does not even care to stop and see what actually happened after a hit.As of now there is no report of major accident from the location but its high time to react to the cause.

We, in favor of techies insist on speed breakers at this stretch to avoid major mishap in the future under our campaign “Need 4 Speed Breakers”

Few people who tries to showcase their stunt talent with their bikes and cars to impress the persons standing at either side of the roads at this area need to be shown the door. For this we need every support from all of you to take a campaign “Need 4 Speed (breaker)” to Technopark authorities.

We hope each one of us who still have great respect for human values will surely accept and support this. Please sign in your name and option in the below comments section. we will forward it to the authorities for further proceedings.

  1. Krishnakumar, why you are still in favour of those accelrating morons? people can drive provided, they have to respect others in road, whatever the reasons is. and people have to drive witthin the speed limits also, then you can apply break even if someone came in front of the vehicle suddenly.

My concern is only in speeding up the vehicles inside technopark. leave the pedestrians, and still i think they have all the rights to walk around the campus.

Great power comes with great responsibility. so the drivers are more responsbile and should be in alert of the crossing pedestrinas.

  2. One more thing i like to share with all of you.

The Delivery guys from Chick-ing, food court, tejawsini riding very dangerously within campus as well as in outer roads. yes we can understand that you have to deliver the hot meals within time, but still please understand that because of your ignorance and hurry others life will be also in danger.

one risky thing is – they wont turn around the water tank, instead of that they are taking the right turn – so if some one coming from the opposite direction there is a great possibility for an accident. one guy came infornt of my car one day. and i was about to hit and i took a right trun – luckly there were no other vechles there at that time.

Cab drivers also doing the same during the night time, that s a great danger for two wheeler people inside campus.

  3. my full support…

  4. My support for this. please provide speed breakers and save life

  5. I’m SUPPORTING IT

  6. My Full Support…..

  7. one more thing…..

during peak hours the bye-pass is heavy traffic and daily we witness at least one minor accident ( especially two wheeler) . so we must raise our voice for a 4 line track for saving life and time.

  8. Speed braker also needed just before the turning near IBS campus when coming from Thejaswini…many people try to cross the road there…even Volvo has a stop in that turning which is very dangerous.

  9. What is the outcome of this drive? please update. what is the stand point of technopark authorities now? are they hearing the voices of people?

  10. I am supporting

  11. i am strongly supporting

  12. My strong support

  13. even i drive the car daily thru that route. what i feel is for the safety of the pedestrians there shud be a speed breaker. LIFE IS SO PRECIOUS.
