Self Defense and Safety Seminar Conducted at Stablix

TechnoparkToday.com in association with Rampart Services, the prime security consultancy company conducted a self defense and safety seminar at Stablix, Technopark.

Adv.Anu Nambalikkaran conducted the seminar and Renshi. Vinod gave basic self defense steps as part of the RBSDS system- a very efficient and comprehensive system for Self Defense.

The system consists of 10 basic moves, and six extended techniques which makes anyone to protect themselves from any threats in public. these techniques are very easy to learn and remember, and they can polish the skills and fine tune them if you spend 10 minutes for one or two days in a week. The session was for lady associates, and the response was excellent.
