Waybeo Technologies, a freshly-incubated company based in Technopark Trivandrum, has come up with BounzD, an interactive widget for web and mobile applications that will identify potential customers for a client in no time and push online sales.
 A cloud-based service for voice communications over the web, it will enable potential customers to talk with the web team in real time using a web phone and without having to share personal details. All that the potential customers need are an Internet connection and a microphone.
 When a customer presses on the BounzD button on an e-commerce or corporate website, online ad, blog, or a web page, a call is immediately forwarded to the owner’s landline, mobile phone, Google Talk account, or Skype account as per ‘set’ priority and conditions.
 As soon as the customer enters the website, BounzD will begin to scan, monitor, and analyse the customer’s online buying behaviour. On identifying a potential customer, it starts to ‘pop up’ and prompt him to initiate a communication with the web site. The call initiated by the customer is forwarded to the BounzD media server residing on ‘cloud’ almost immediately. The application starts to search for all the operator accounts set by the website owner. The call is terminated to the existing operator who is available and set to ‘top priority
