Technoparktoday.com>> Amoeba – the recently released malayalam movie features a touching love story of an IT proffessional and Endosulfan victim. The movie also highlights the routine problems faced by a techie. This is the second movie from Director Manoj Kana after his critically acclaimed ‘Chayilyam’.
Amoeba – starred by Indrans, Anoop Chandran and Anumol in the lead roles, is all about a women from Kasargod, who lives amidst fears of contamination by Endosulfan.The film captured two contrasting images of life in an IT hub in Bangalore with that of life in Endosulfan struck Kasargodu.
Prathidhwani – the socio-cultural organization of Technopark employees has been promoting movies with cultural and artistic significance by spreading the words and distributing the tickets in Technopark. Now Team Prathidhwani have come forward in support of this movie which has been filmed to make the society aware of the complication or difficulties that a Endosulfan victim have to suffer.
The movie is currently running in Nila theatre, Trivandrum at 2.30PM and 6.30PM.
