Experience : 6 – 8 Years / 9-12 Years Location : Trivandrum Education : UG – B.Com – Commerce, PG – M.Com, MBA/PGDM – Finance Industry Type : BPO/ITES Functional Area : Banking / Insurance Salary : Best in the Industry Job Description • Identifying errors in day-to-day production • Implement best practices across the team • Scopes new projects and prepares a methodology for the project. • Service all regular and customized client requests • Create procedures and carry out quality assurance checks of the deliverables. • Identify gaps in the skills of new team members and create customized training modules for implementation. • Coach, counsel, train team members • Ensure clear and consistent communication channels are followed with clients and the team • Prepare work instruction manuals and ensure implementation of all procedures • Plan for and implement refresher training to the team on an on-going basis

Qualifications: • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) • Exposure to concepts in finance and accounting • Excellent People Management Skills. o Coaching and Mentoring o Performance Management o Exposure to employee Appraisals and reviews o Conflict Management • Strong Customer Service and Process orientation. o Metrics Management-Achieve and exceed customer SLA/Expectations o Exposure to basic six sigma concepts-Quick Hits, Lean, GB. o Good analytical skills-MIS reporting • Ability to multi task. • Team Player • Quick learner • Good MS Office skills • Willingness to work on flexible schedules (Night shifts) • Understands Malayalam. • Ready to sign a bond of 1 year • Candidates should be speak and understand Malayalam. • Should be ready to relocate with his family to Trivandrum
