ATeam Soft Solutions announces period leave for women employees

As part of the updated Leave Policy, ATeam Soft Solutions Pvt Ltd, announces that they have implemented Menstrual/Period Leave for their lady teammates with effective from January 2023.

The Period Leave Policy states that in every month, 1 period leave will be credited as a bonus leave for the women employees which can be availed either as a 1 full day or 2 half-day leaves each month whether they work from the office or home.

The purpose of this Policy is to make the ladies feel that they are valued and the organization strongly advocates for this right of a woman. Such leaves will ease women from any physical or emotional discomfort or difficulties that may be associated with their menstrual cycle.
