  1. I registered and paid in this site during their initial campaign. Faced a lot of issues like payment not getting reflected, no search results and many other bugs. You can get the search results of only paid members, that’s ridiculous. I got a total of around 10 search results (no search criteria- all females). And when I applied search criteria of religion and caste, only 2-3 results came. The search results are also coming wrongly. If you search for Hindu, search results will come for Christian and Muslim and all castes. This is the same even after 2 months of starting the site. And, they were reluctant to refund the money even after multiple requests.

    I don’t understand how this is a ‘Hit’ among IT professionals..

  2. Hehe Never knew Technoparktoday ‘endorses’ such cheap services.

    A friend of mine mentioned to me exactly the same complaints as mentioned in the review written by ano_p.

    To add to the pain, I was also being told that the customer service is as pathetic as it can be.

    Guys please improve the service if you want to be in business. Service is more important than marketing when it comes to business survival. Hope u know that,

  3. Initial users did face technical issues which has been fully resolved. As for limited number of search results, it was because of of the security features of the service, which ensures that only users with ID verified are listed in the search results. As the number of paid users with verified profiles have been going up the search results are improving. Further for all paid users, the service period till October 30 is not counted for billing.

    We had also sent two matches to Anoop to which there was no response. BestMatrimony would be scheduling one to one personalized match making
    from November 1st to ensure results for all subscribers. Once that
