TechnoparkToday.com>> Finally, there is a twist in the bike robbery case that happened in parking area of Nila the other day. A bike missing case was registered in Kazhakuttom Police Station after a Techie found that his Royal Enfeild Thunder Bird was missing from the parking area of Nila building on Thursday. CC TV footages of a man taking away the bike was handed over to the police and they have published it in News papers in order to identify the suspect.
But finally it came to know that it all happened by mistake. The story was as follows: Robert borrowed key from his friend Karthik for using his bike. However he mistook Sabari’s bike from the parking lot thinking that it was Karthik’s. While returning, he parked the bike in another area due to lack of space and gave back the key to Karthik.
However, Sabari, while returning from office found that his bike was missing. He got panicked and soon filed a complaint with Technopark Authority. While examining the CC TV footage, they saw a guy taking away his bike from the parking lot. So Sabari soon filed a complaint with the police. Robert was shocked to see his picture in newspapers as suspect the next day. He immediately showed his friends the location he parked the bike. Both bikes were taken to the police station. Police, after examining that both bikes could be operated by a single key, were convinced about the innocence of Robert.
But the story does not end there. Karthik will get back his bike only when the court proceedings are over.
