Mega Blood Donation camps at Technopark – Starting on 25th April (Friday) at Thejaswini

TechnoparkToday.com>> April 23, 2014:  With the ongoing season of summer vacations and public holidays, most of the blood banks in Trivandrum are facing acute shortage of blood.  Many planned  surgeries, especially surgeries of children are forced to postpone due to blood shortage. As a result, many people are in deep distress and the call of the hour is to address this concern in a more direct way. Main blood donors to our hospitals are college students.  As main colleges are shut down for summer vacation, huge portion of blood donors are not available.

Being aware of the numerous active forums and groups working here in Technopark, Tejus, the blood donation forum along with Prathidhwani, the socio-cultual organization of Technopark employees, conducting a joint blood donation program during April – May 2014.  For the first time in the history of Technopark, two of the most active groups are coming together for conducting the campaigns at the same time from this year.

May 8 (Thursday)at Bhawani– 2nd Camp

May 22 (Thursday) at Nila – – 3rd  Camp
