Cupcakes Lessons

Learn to bake delicious and yummy cupcakes for the rest of your life. Yes, by attending this workshop you’ll gain the knowledge, confidence and expertise to bake different varieties of cupcakes, teacake and fudge icing.
During the class you’ll learn the basics of baking, measuring, folding, tips, and you’ll get the recipe. Finally at the end of the class you can carry all cupcakes you make in the class. All it takes is 3 hrs of your time and you’ll gain the skill to make yummy cupcakes in your house. This class is suitable for beginners and those already into baking.

Fondant decoration and making – Basic Level

Fondant decoration is increasingly used to create a smooth cake finish and decorate cake with spectacular designs. In this 3 hr Fondant workshop, you’ll learn to make fondant from the scratch, make decorative flowers, leaves, bows, ribbons, use fondant cutters and learn how to cover cake with fondant icing. Each student gets to make their own fondant, design the cake and take home the cake. Apart from it, each student gets a fondant starter kit to get started with Fondant icing. No prior experience is required to learn fondant.

Basic Level Cake Baking Lessons for kids

Enjoy this vacation by exploring the world of Baking. This class is designed for junior and senior school kids. This basic baking class for kids will give them the introduction on baking, the ingredients used in baking, teach them to measure, and mix the batter. And finally they will experience the joy of baking. Moreover, this 3 hr class is packed with interactive activities that promise all participants a memorable summer vacation.
