CM to inagurate Infopark Expressway on June 26

The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri V S Achuthanandan will inaugurate the Athulya building in Infopark, touted as Kerala IT’s latest smart space on Saturday the 26th of June, 2010. The CM will also inaugurate the Infopark Expressway linking the Infopark with the Seaport-Airport Road on the same day.

Athulya Situated on 7.1 acres of land in Infopark SEZ, Athulya is a perfect blend of intelligent workspaces, state-of-the-art infrastructure, and 360 degree support facilities and lifestyle amenities, seamlessly integrated within one complex to create a singular business environment of hi-technology companies. It has a total built-up area of 5.5 lakh square feet and can house a software development block (with an area of 3.5 lakh square feet), a cafeteria building (with an area of 0.50 lakh square feet), and multi-level car parking facility (300 cars). With a total seating capacity of 4000, Athulya will have a total of 10 elevators (8 for the software development blocks and 2 for the cafeteria). With an average floor plate size of 50000 sq. ft. Athulya also boasts of facilities such as incubation centers; training rooms; direct four-lane connectivity road; and 25, 50 and 100-seater module with P&P facility. The Infopark Expressway, constructed at a cost of Rs. 30 crore and connecting the Infopark to the Airport-Seaport road, will now reduce the time to commute to the Nedumbassery International Airport and the city and ease the traffic during peak hours. A total of 15.3 acres of land was transferred for the road widening and construction based on the administrative sanction received from the State Government. The road will be highly beneficial not only for Infopark but also other industrial and educational institutions situated in the region.
