TechnoparkToday.com :Every morning marks the beginning of a new day and we all hope it to be a good day by lord’s grace but circumstances may not always follow your lead. There are times when we feel nothing more can go wrong and our mind actually goes numb unable to think, unable to respond wondering why in the whole world it’s happening! But then there got to be something to get over it because life goes on, no matter what has happened what will happen who has gone who will come … life goes on and it’s in our hands to make it go on happily overcoming what went wrong and getting over the past. All you need to do is … HAVE FAITH! Have faith in yourself because no wonder what went wrong there is always one person standing by your side and that is you.

# ACCEPTANCE: when we are distressed, heartbroken, lost the one we loved, empty feeling in our heart, carrying those thousand pounds of guilt or whatever be the reason, we often find it hard to accept.. Hard to accept that it has happened. But yes it has, and you have to accept it so that you can deal with it. And you can accept it means you can deal with it. Accept that what was supposed to go wrong has gone and now it’s your time to bring your life back to normal.
# POSITIVE: It sounds ridiculous when someone ask you to stay positive and seems pointless because you think that person cannot feel what you are going through. And yes I agree other person cannot get into your shoes and feel the pain you are going through but staying positive is definitely going to make some difference in the way you feel and this should come from inside. From inside you need to motivate yourself for staying positive. Big question is how? Sit back, relax, take a look at what has happened and find out a positive outcome of it. Even if there is none… Create one. You need to. And trust me you will definitely figure out at least one positive reason out of the bad happening because this world is driven by the rule “Whatever happens, happens for good”. If a person has left you, in whatever form, it must be because the force out there in universe wants to make a better independent person out of you. If you have lost your all possession whatever you have earned till date then may be the force out there in universe want to recreate your living and makes the stronger more confident soul out of you. If you wish for something and it does not get fulfilled then perhaps it was not good for you. If you have lost a body part or a side have gone numb, the force out there have selected you to become the role model of other people who are going through the same and it’s you who have to teach them to stand against all odds. After all it’s your life; no force in the whole universe can make it worst for you. Jot down whatever positive reason you draw out of it… you may not be fully convinced with that or may not be certain about it right now but in the time to come you will realize it.. Make it your soul mantra and start living looking for the slight timid ray of positivity that you are drawing out it.
# MOVE ON: yes I know it’s very … very easy to say but when come to implementing it does scares the hell out of you and more over your guts do feel short of moving on but then… why on earth you need to hold back to something which has already gone wrong. I am not asking you to move on the very next minute and practically speaking it’s not even possible. It’s a gradual process which you have to start one day and that day is today, because you are reading this article and the reason you are reading this article is because you want to bring a change in your life, you want to move on. Mark my words “what would have gone wrong, has already gone” If you think that it’s the worst day of your life then champ! Get up nothing more can go wrong than this and even if it does you’ll be strong enough to get over it with the flick of your hand. So, Bingo you have survived the worst and it’s over now, Like a dark gray cloud it came, did shower on you but now the cloud has gone, though the sand is still wet and the fields are still soaked but it has gone and with tomorrow’s bright day light it’ll be all fine. Tomorrow it is going to be a bright new day with a bright new light. So… you need to move on. How? You have to figure out. Find your interest… Follow your passion … start living for YOURSELF. For God sake start living for YOURSELF. Your life in your way. 🙂
# KEEP YOURSELF BUSY:I have just survived the worst and this writer is asking me hit back to my routine and be indulge in busy routine! You must be thinking this in your mind by reading my marked fourth point. And you might have read about this in many other sites or heard it from lot of people and it might seems to be just another shit piece of advice but don’t you think so even you are convinced with this? Are you not even slightly convinced with the fact keeping busy is going to make difference? It’s Okay … take it easy 🙂 So now all you need to do is to pen down the ways to keep yourself busy. I mean literally pen down… No mind mapping 😉 Go get your piece of paper and if not, open notes in your phone or note pad in your system whatever just do it. Think about what excites you, what the things you always wanted to do … Or if there was nothing… Then what’s the new thing you want to try and even now the thought is coming that hell I don’t want to try anything then champ! No matter you want to or not you have to 🙂 I am not being authoritative but as a friend telling you… That you should. Before going to next point quickly jot down the things you want to learn be it your job, trying new dish, guitar, painting or writing a poem let your sorrows flow out. Watch seasons, movies, eat, do whatever hangout with friends, make new friends, join some classes but keep yourself busy.
# TIME FOR YOURSELF: You know the best thing that you can do to yourself is having time for yourself. And I always say “Don’t FIND time for yourself, HAVE for yourself, find for others”. If you know how to value yourself, you know how to value others and that too with your own dignity and with your own self-respect. Now I have written have time for yourself but you must be thinking where I am going with this. Pamper yourself, go out get a chocolate or ice-cream for yourself or take yourself for a movie…Why not? Give a beauty treatment to yourself be it at parlor or yourself at home… Put your body to a little exercise let it sweat a little and there you go my muscle man or my sexy lady or my Hot and sexy… You are precious 🙂 Sit in the Sun…Trust me it works… forget about tan and the heat for one minute and feel the warmth getting inside you and the cool breeze taking away your worry. Feel the kiss of rays on your lips and the warm pat on your cheeks and positive aura surrounding you. Take a moment, feel it… Everything is going to be fine 🙂
# CONSISTENCY: So you are fine right now fully charged up, ready to start making a change but yes in the back of your head you are having the thought am I going to feel the same tomorrow or an hour later? Well … you know the answer better. So whenever you’ll go down…Remind yourself that no! Its over know and it has to go better from now onward because here you are the lead and your mind, your mood, your HEART is your follower. Say it with Pride “ITS MY LIFE”.
# TIME: You might have heard “Time can heal the Pain”. No alterations in it, yes in the end it’s the time that will heal the pain indeed combined with our actions. 🙂 It will take time and let it take its time… month, year whatever its okay at least you are on your way to make the time better one for you. Be easy on yourself … one life you got… Risk it … live it… Mean it … your World is not ending today. 🙂
