TechnoparkToday.com(March, 2014): Crimes against women have been increasing across the country in the past few years. Even in Trivandrum, women face assaults, eve teasing and harassment at various situations in day to day life. Taking a step forward in tackling this situation Make a Difference in association with KSWDC (Kerala State Women’s Development Corporation) has decided to organise a self defense program which would equip Trivandrum’s women to be better prepared against such acts. Uday Dhanda from Chennai, who is a professional Krav Maga trainer, will be conducting sessions which would teach women basic self defense techniques and practical solution to tackle a potential attack.
