Requirements:
• Knowledge of Windows OS (2000, 2003, XP) • Troubleshooting Hardware & Networking issues. • Excellent Written and verbal English communication • Ability to escalate issues at early stages to manager. • Ability to work well under pressure • Core competencies like Result orientation & Achievement, Improvement Focus, Customer Care and Flexibility.
Qualifications:
QA / Process oriented • MCP / MCSA Certified. • Should be B.Sc / MCA / Diploma holders with more than 2 years of work experience in Windows network management and customer handling. Other competencies desired are Communication & Influencing, Judgment & Decision Making, Business awareness, Stress Tolerance, Team working and Planning and organizing.
