  1. This is a BIG question to the credibility of Indian firms and freelancers. Such actions will affect a big community rather than a company or individual.

NDA should be NDA whether it is verbal or written.

  2. Is Indian IT going in the right direction???

  3. I think this is happening everywhere, especially among the freelancers and small companies in India. they are claiming the credibility and owership of some software product, which is done by someone else.

But As a company which is operating from Technopark, companies should be a little more responsible, and must know the intellectual and copyrights and owenership of software products and NDA. It should not happen again.

  4. As far as I know, one guy in the company did it. Sad. Brought the whole company’s reputation down.
