Divya S Iyer IAS to inaugurate World Environment Day celebrations in Technopark

TechnoparkToday.com>>  Pratkurthi-the voluntary group of techies promoting green and healthy living among Technopark employees, is organizing world environment day celebrations in Technopark on June 5 (Tuesday).

Divya S Iyer IAS will inaugurate the celebrations in Technopark by planting saplings in in front of Bhavani building. Senior officials from Technopark and Technopark companies will attend the function.

The main attraction of the event is, showcasing nearly 25 brands that promote green and sustainable living. The stalls will installed in Bhavani atrium from 9 am to 7 pm.

Drop the plastic – a unique campaign to reduce the use of plastic products. Collection boxes will be placed in all buildings. Techies can drop a plastic product from their daily life and stop its use, like a plastic water bottle from desk, plastic pen, use of straws for drinking juice etc.

Krishippura-the all purpose organic shop by techies, Bodytree, Green Habito, CISSA, India Earth Care Solutions, Pathayam, Organo-Gram, Sanchi Bags, Sandesh One, Kerala Khadi Gramodyog Bhavan etc will have stalls in Bhavani artium.
