This seems to be very god building. But I think, the offer price is little bit costly. The appartment is progressing. Lets see how cochin is going to welcome realestate gaints DLF. One thing i want to say is it is worthy for the price, even is costly

Kochi need not welcome anyone. Being the only city in Kerala which hosts most of the major builders and a cosmopolitan crowd to go with it, DLF wont find the going tough in Kochi unlike elsewhere in the state.
But I think kochin has a wide range of choices for flats and apartments than in trivandrum.
