Embrace QuEST: Paper Lantern Festival and Rally held in Technopark

Ajit Prabhu and S Narayan leading the rallyTechnoparkToday.com>> November 20, 2014: As a part of the transition from NeST Software to QuEST Global, employees of the erstwhile NeST Software participated in a change management and rebranding program called Embrace QuEST during the past few days.

As a part of the culmination event, Ajit Prabhu, Chairman and CEO of QuEST Global launched a lantern festival in Technopark. Hundreds of paper lanterns were launched into the night sky on Wednesday with a message of hope and aspiration for a bright future.

Ajit Prabhu andEarlier in the evening, a Rally at the Technopark celebrating the change was flagged off by Shalini Prabhu, mother of Ajit Prabhu.

quest rallySpeaking on the occasion Ajit Prabhu, welcomed the new team to the QuEST Global family and expressed his good wishes for a strong and bright future for the employees. He added that the similar journey of the two companies, work culture and passion for excellence and impactful engineering will help with the integration and these factors will continue to drive the future success.

Besides the festivities of today, employees participated in a series of offline and online rebranding activities such as Flash mob, 3D art installations on the theme Salute Engineering, Wall graffiti, to mention a few.

IMG-20141119-WThe rebranding activities will conclude with a grand carnival on Thursday, November 20, 2014 where the transition from NeST Software to QuEST Global will be formalized.
