The inaugural beneficiary of the “Roof of Dreams” project is a young widow with two school-going children. The house, designed with essential amenities including two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room, also allows for future expansion, offering the flexibility to add more rooms or floors as needed.
In addition to providing housing, the Experion Foundation plans to plant coconut and various fruit trees on the surplus land and will oversee the education and skill development of the children from the beneficiary families. These initiatives will be led by support groups composed of local employees, ensuring ongoing engagement and support for the families.
The “Roof of Dreams” project stands out for its unique beneficiary selection process. Experion Technologies’ employees played a central role in identifying the most deserving families, with five beneficiaries chosen from nominations submitted by staff. This employee-driven selection model highlights the company’s commitment to modern and impactful CSR initiatives, blending corporate responsibility with employee engagement to make a meaningful difference in the community.
