TechnoparkToday.com>> KSCADC (Kerala State Coastal Area Development Corporation), a government agency, is planning to open special seafood joints in Technopark and Infopark. The outlets will serve value-added fish products for the techies.
The outlets will be initially launched at the Infosys campus. KSCADC Managing Director K Ampady said to media that the idea is to promote fish as a healthy substitute for junk food. They are planing to launch 5 outlets in IT parks within next two months and will set up 100 across the country in 3 years.
The ‘Fish Maid’ outlets will be selling value-added fish products like tuna burgers, salmon sandwiches, fish spring rolls, tuna-stuffed egg, French omelette with tuna, tuna pasta salad, kappa fish pattice, and varieties of soups.
The products will be manufactured and processed under hygienic conditions as per international standards at KSCADC’s modern facility at Sakthikulangara, Kollam.
