Requirements:

• Flex (3.0 or greater) development experience, including design, development, testing and implementation of a large, fairly complex Flex application using MVC framework, custom components and controls, and a medium to highly complex data model

• Good understanding of OOPS concepts is mandatory

• Experience interfacing Flex with other Server side applications like J2EE applications

• Hands on experience working with action script-3, CSS & XML

• Exposure to flash
6 yrs experience in software development

• Exposure in building social networking sites/ media environment dealing with Audio/video streaming will be an added advantage
