Technopark-Technology Business Incubator (TBI), an initiative to help technology business startups, has won recognition from World Bank and Government of Finland. Technopark-TBI’s Chief Finance Officer and Secretary and Registrar K C Chandrashekharan Nair has been invited to participate and present a paper on the successful model of business incubation of Technopark at the 4th Global Forum on Innovation and Technology Entrepreneurship organised by the Government of Finland and World Bank- initiated InfoDev.  The event will be held from May 28 to June 3 at Helsinki, Finland.  This is a program on creating sustainable businesses in the knowledge economy being conducted every two years in different parts of the world for incubator managers.
“Technopark-TBI has been participating in the previous Global Forums and we have been heading Technopark’s incubation activities to great success. Our initiatives have won many accolades at the national level and this is the reason why Nair has been nominated to attend this programme and showcase our incubation activities to a global audience,†said Technopark CEO, Mervin Alexander.
Chandrasekharan Nair will hold discussions with world leaders on how to lead Kerala IT’s business incubation initiatives to global standards. He will also visit the Schengen countries like Sweden and Denmark.
