How to achieve your New year resolutions this time?

New year is a time for looking back to the past, and more importantly, forward to the coming year.It’s a time to reflect on the changes we want (or need) to make and resolve to follow through on those changes. But unfortunately for the techies, most of the new year resolutions would be end up as resolutions only.( may be because of  their busy life, and other constrains )

but here, is a few tips which will help you to achieve your new year resolutions this time.

Target less

Most of the New Year’s resolutions are easier announced (or written) than done-but if you set the bar too high, you’re doomed from the start. Instead of a sweeping declaration like “I will quit smoking this year,” target a goal that’s more attainable, I will reduce the number of cigars in to 3 in a day by the end of this April and quit completely by the end of this June.

Don’t overload

It’s difficult enough for the average person to follow through on one ambitious New Year’s resolution; Choose the most pressing issue at hand-losing weight, Getting married, improving your relationship with your team mates or friends. Trying to do everything simultaneously practically guarantees failure across the board. Do do once thing at a time.

Schedule it yourself

Sometimes the best way to accomplish a New Year’s resolution is to make it at a time of year of your choosing, rather than suggested by someone else.

Share it with more people

The more people to whom you announce your resolution , the more people there’ll be to prod you along if you fall behind. There’s no shame in seeking help if you can’t accomplish your resolution on your own.

Reward yourself

Whenever you are done with a resolution, reward yourself something, like a nice iPod or whatever you wished to have for a long time.
