Infosys placement drive at TIST on October 30 and 31

TechnoparkToday (oct, 2013) > IT major Infosys will conduct a placement drive exclusively for students of Toc H Institute of Science and Technology (TIST) at its Arakunnam campus near here on October 30 and 31.

Dr. V. Job Kuruvila, Director of TIST, said  that 256 students including B. Tech and M. Tech aspirants will participate in the online test.

Welcoming Infosys to the campus, Dr. Kuruvila said that the institution hopes that more companies will turn up for campus placement in the coming days thanks to its excellent academic performance especially among the engineering colleges affiliated to Cochin University of Science and Technology (Cusat).

Out of the 21 affiliated colleges offering B. Tech programmes under Cusat, Toc H Institute of Science and Technology had emerged first by registering a pass percentage of 72.95 per cent in the final year B. Tech examination held in April this year.
