IT Futsal challenge and Women’s Penalty shootout @ Cochin

TechnoparkToday.com>> Want to play against the top IT futsal players from across Kerala.  After the grand success of IT Futsal Challenge-2017, Bridge Global – one of the leading Software Companies in Cochin, is coming back with more bang for the next season of IT Futsal Challenge-2018 which is being conducted exclusively for IT / ITES Companies in Kerala starting from May 4th at United Sports Centre, Kakkanad (Cochin).

This is being conducted as a 6 day IT Futsal Championship & Women’s Penalty Shootout, Which are planned on May 04, 05, 06, 11, 12, 13 from 3.30 PM – 10.30 PM.

Futsal is a 5 a side (with 2 substitutes), 20 min game with two halves of 10 min each, with a 5 min break between the halves. Only companies from IT or ITES is allowed to participate in the tournament, provided they have a team of their own and are above 17 years.

Women’s Penalty Shootout is 5 a side penalty Shootout competition where each team gets 5 chances to score goals.

Participant Rules:

• 7 members in each team ­ 5 on field and 2 substitutes
• Registration Fee is Rs. 1000
• One player cannot represent two teams
• If your company is too small and work in an incubator facility such as NASSCOM, infopark incubator, Smart Work space, INQ etc – you can register teams representing the facility.
• IT Futsal will have two halves of 10 min each with a 5 min break between each half.
• Teams to have a team name for registration
• Registration closes on 30 April 2018
• No spot registration
• Max 64 teams
• Referee’s decision is final
• Teams to provide minimum two contact numbers
• Players to be present at least 30 min prior to the match, if not the opposite team will be given a walkover.
• Committee has the rights to change the timing of the match if necessary and which will be intimated to the team
• Any form of argument among participants will lead to disqualification of entire team
