Job Description: Provide support to Corporate IT
Provide 24 hours helpdesk support to our offices in India, New York and UK.
Work in co-ordination with US IT team to provide partial support to San Mateo office.
Coordinate with Indian Development Centre (IDC) IT Engineers for IDC IT Tasks

Preferred Skills: Graduate in Computers, BTech, MCA, Msc IT, or equivalent
4 plus years of experience in IT Support (System Administration & Networking)
Experience in Windows Domain (AD, DNS, WDS & DHCP)
Experience in Exchange Servers.
Experience in OCS, Blackberry Enterprise Servers & VMware.
Troubleshooting experience on laptops/desktops and servers.
Experience in configuring, updating, and troubleshooting new or existing Windows powered desktop computers as well as applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs.
Experience with installation and configuration of Network printers and scanners.
Experience in Enterprise Virus Protection Software.
Experience in setting up fast and secure network connections for mobile workers, telecommuters, and remote offices.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
