It’s against the work culture and harmony: Official statement on Food Safety issue

TechnoparkToday.com>> In light of the issues created by food safety officials in an IT company, operating in Technopark Phsase III, Technopark authories issued an official statement as follows:

“We condemn the entry of Food and Safety officials yesterday into the premises of IT companies in Technopark Phase 3.

The officials have authority to visit and inspect the common food courts, but not to enter the premises of IT companies, and these companies didn’t have any cooking facility, just a pantry to have coffee/ biscuits/ food brought from home. Also this is a Special Economic Zone with entry restrictions and hence it is a violation of SEZ by-laws.

Technopark conducts regular audits at each food court in the campus and the records are with the admin office for verification. Even after repeated requests by Technopark officials, they didn’t budge and their behaviour towards the company. The officials were totally rude and arrogant as reported by companies.

Every company and professional of Technopark have expressed their total displeasure in the turn of events at Phase 3, as it is against the work culture and harmony we maintain at this prestigious organisation for decades. We’ll raise this matter to the respective government authorities and take all possible measures to avoid such incidents in Technopark campus.”  Technopark authorities said in the statement.
