>>Jalam, directed by Manu S Kumar of UST Global, won the won the best film award in qisa short film festival. The film was based on the life of people in Kuttanadu. Ettaman a Myth, directed by Mahesh Periyadan of UST Global won the second best film award, and the director also won the award for best script.
Directors of the movie, The appointment, Kiran NS and Abid A of RMESI selected as the best director of the film festival.
Deepu Dasan of the film ‘Kanappuram’ became the best actor and the films ‘Mizhikalkkappuram’ and ‘Classical monologue of a Director got’ special jury mention.
The grand award distribution ceremony will be held on Sept 20, at Technopark followed by Sufi night.
congratulations to every one, not only the winners, but rest of them also. because each movie were discussing serious issues in our society. well done..and i like to congratulate the QISA organizers. they done a fantastic job..
